1/4 Cup coarse salt
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tbsp red pepper
1/4 Tbsp sage (optional)
